Key Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Executive to join our team. This role involves ensuring smooth operational, marketing, and analytical activities across assigned e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

• Perform daily checks of Purchase Orders (PO) and Stock on Hand (SOH); address concerns with platform teams.
• Execute offers, visibility campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives on assigned e-commerce platforms.
• Submit financial documents such as debit notes and invoices accurately and on time.
• Work with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to maintain optimal fill rates.
• Manage transitions during new product launches, packaging updates, MRP changes, etc.
• Conduct timely account reconciliations with partners.

2. Marketing Activities:

• Assist the Key Account Manager (KAM) in developing and monitoring activation strategies.
• Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activations and campaigns.

3. Data Analysis:

• Support the KAM in identifying business insights related to activations, pricing strategies, and other factors to drive sales growth.

4. Marketing Operations:

• Coordinate with the Brand Management team to execute banners and digital marketing assets on assigned platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Fresh graduates in Engineering or Commerce from Tier 1/2 colleges or candidates with 1-5 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure task completion.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude to manage challenges effectively.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with e-commerce operations, marketing campaigns, and supply chain processes.
