Job Description: Sales Representative – Retail Shop

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our retail team specializing in Bandhani Sarees, Dupattas, and Fabrics. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of the products, and the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

   • Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
   • Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
   • Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Product Knowledge:

   • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Bandhani Sarees, Dupattas, and Fabrics.
   • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.

3. Sales Process:

   • Understand and execute the retail sales process efficiently.
   • Assist customers in selecting products and negotiate prices and terms.
   • Drive sales to meet or exceed targets.

4. Communication & Customer Relationships:

   • Build rapport with customers through excellent interpersonal skills.
   • Maintain and manage customer contact lists for follow-ups and relationship building.
   • Some knowledge of spoken English is an added advantage.

5. Other Responsibilities:

   • Inform customers about store policies and promotions.
   • Guide customers through the payment and checkout process.
   • Take measures to prevent loss or damage of merchandise.

Age Profile:

• Preferably female, aged between 25 to 40 years.

Key Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of English will be a plus.
