Pre-Primary Center Head

Job Description

Academic Leadership:

1. Implement and align pre-primary curriculum frameworks, adapting to international and national standards.
2. Monitor and evaluate academic performance to ensure quality education.
3. Design and oversee a structured curriculum for children aged 6 months to 12 years.

Administrative Responsibilities:

1. Manage pre-primary staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Supervise daily operations to ensure seamless functioning of the center.
3. Organize events, activities, and workshops for students and staff.

Student Well-being:

1. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
2. Implement and monitor student welfare and behavioral management policies.
3. Promote holistic development for all students.

Parental Engagement:

1. Maintain strong communication with parents through updates, meetings, and workshops.
2. Foster partnerships with parents to enhance educational outcomes.
3. Organize and coordinate parent-teacher associations.

Staff Development:

1. Provide professional development opportunities through coaching and mentoring.
2. Conduct staff evaluations and foster an environment of growth and collaboration.
3. Promote teacher well-being and job satisfaction.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage budgets effectively.
2. Maintain the center's infrastructure and resources.
3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
2. Certification in early childhood education (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia).
3. Strong knowledge of pre-primary curriculum and pedagogy.
4. Experience with international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge) is preferred.
5. Familiarity with educational technology tools and practices.
