Ricoh Technicians - Multi-Function Print Services (MFPS)

Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Ricoh Technicians with a minimum of 10 years of experience in providing service, installations, and technical support for Multi-Function Print Services (MFPS). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support in their assigned territory.

• Provide service, installations, and technical support for all clients in the assigned territory.
• Ensure customer satisfaction within the assigned region.
• Perform routine maintenance on copiers and diagnose issues.
• Repair copiers and other office equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Order and replace necessary parts to ensure functionality.
• Train clients on the effective use of copiers and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls and work performed.
• Complete ongoing or pending tasks before the end of the shift if initiated within working hours.

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Ricoh Multi-Function Print Services (MFPS).
• Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing Ricoh copier systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining service logs and managing parts inventory.

• Salary Range: KWD 350 - KWD 450
• Duty Hours: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM
• Food: Provided or allowance-based.
• Overtime: Paid as applicable.
• Contract Period: 3 years.

• Visa Type: Normal working visa.
• Medical Costs: GAMCA medical and visa stamping costs in India covered by KDT.
