Position Summary:
The Production Service Manager will lead and oversee the production operations of the company, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and compliance with industry standards. This role demands exceptional leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

1. Overseeing Production Operations:

   • Manage and supervise daily operations of the production department to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

2. Quality Control:

   • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all printed materials meet company standards and customer expectations.

3. Team Management:

   • Lead, train, and develop the production team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies.

4. Scheduling and Planning:

   • Coordinate and manage production schedules, including planning print runs and meeting deadlines for timely product delivery.

5. Vendor and Supplier Coordination:

   • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee timely delivery of materials.

6. Cost Management:

   • Monitor production costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and ensure the budget is met without compromising quality.

7. Customer Service:

   • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to production services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

8. Compliance and Safety:

   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards by implementing and monitoring appropriate safety protocols.

9. Innovation and Improvement:

   • Identify opportunities to improve production processes and introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.

10. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate production records, generate performance reports, and document issues or improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production services management or a similar role.

• Salary Range: KWD 800 – KWD 1,000
• Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
