Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding eCommerce team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales activities, generating leads, and building relationships with both potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of eCommerce solutions and platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions effectively.
• Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Foster and build relationships with potential customers, contributing to revenue growth.
• Focus on customer retention and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.
• Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build a deep understanding of products and present them effectively to clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in Retail/eCommerce/Digital Platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle objections effectively.
• Experience with lead generation and qualification techniques.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, or online retail environments is a plus.
