About the Role:
We are seeking a Travel Desk Executive to manage and coordinate all aspects of domestic travel arrangements for employees. This role involves handling travel bookings, ensuring adherence to company travel policies, and maintaining strong relationships with travel service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient travel planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage domestic travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.) for employees.
• Handle travel requests and approvals, ensuring compliance with the company’s travel policy.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
• Ensure cost-effective travel arrangements and optimize travel itineraries.
• Maintain records of travel expenses and provide reports to management.
• Assist employees with last-minute travel changes and emergency travel needs.
• Coordinate and manage corporate travel programs and discounts.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in travel management, ideally within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of visa and travel documentation processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially for handling last-minute travel issues.
