Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned region to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market share in the assigned region.
- Lead and manage a sales team to drive performance and deliver consistent results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes affecting the palm oil/fats industry.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
- Manage the negotiation and closing of major sales contracts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Experience: 5 years in the palm oil/fats industry, with proven sales success.
- Languages: Proficiency in the local language(s) of the assigned region (refer to the table below). English proficiency is mandatory for all positions.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sales channels and customer segments.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of the palm oil/fats industry and regional market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
