Position: Sales Executive – North & South America
Location: United States (Hybrid / Remote)
Experience: Minimum 8 years in selling Masterbatches, Additives, Compounds, Resins, etc.
Education: Technical graduate in Plastic or Polymer
Salary: 3000 USD

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts for a global organization in the plastics and polymers industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in North and South America by developing strategies, identifying opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence across North and South America.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in Masterbatches, Additives, Compounds, and Resins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide periodic updates on performance.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience in the plastics and polymers industry, with a focus on Masterbatches, Additives, Compounds, or Resins.
• Education: A technical degree in Plastics or Polymers is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge of plastics and polymer products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Location: Must be based in the United States and willing to travel extensively across North and South America.
