We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CPA or a professional with in-depth knowledge of US accounting and taxation to lead and establish operations for outsourced accounting services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing US SME and individual accounts, IRS filings, and business development. This role also involves setting up and managing a back-office team in India, ensuring high standards of service delivery, ethics, and client satisfaction.

• Actively pitch for outsourced accounting and taxation projects by engaging with potential clients in the US.
• Travel to the US as needed to present proposals and secure business.

• Build and manage a dedicated team in India to handle US accounting and tax services.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure adherence to industry standards and client expectations.

• Oversee IRS filings and maintenance of US SME/individual accounts.
• Utilize QuickBooks and other relevant tools to ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping.
• Implement AI and other advanced technologies to streamline accounting processes.

• Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the accounting vertical.
• Maintain and uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

• Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent knowledge of US accounting and taxation.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in US accounting and taxation, including business development.
• Technology Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting tools; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
• Leadership: Proven experience in setting up and managing teams and back-office operations.
• Client Interaction: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to pitch services and build client relationships.
• Ethics and Culture: Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client satisfaction.

• Willingness to travel to the US as needed.
