Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Representative based in Kochi, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves inside sales, lead generation, effective communication, and various business development activities, primarily targeting the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inside sales and drive lead generation efforts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their needs and present solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute business development strategies.
• Use CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in inside sales, sales, or business development roles.
• Lead generation and client communication expertise.
• Knowledge of CRM software.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Shift Timing:

• The shift starts at 5:00 PM IST to align with the US market.
