Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant Manager - Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage company accounts in Tally, ensure monthly and quarterly compliance with GST, TDS, and related filings, and coordinate effectively with auditors and third-party accounting firms. Candidates with a strong background in accounting specific to the travel and tourism industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain company accounts using Tally.
2. Handle monthly compliances such as GST Returns and TDS Filing.
3. Ensure quarterly compliances like TDS Returns.
4. Liaise with auditors and third-party accounting firms for audits and compliance.
5. Manage MIS reporting and reconciliation tasks, including BSP and supplier reconciliations.
6. Process payroll and salary-related compliances.
7. Oversee tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and TCS filings.
8. Conduct supplier payment reconciliations.
9. Assist in annual audits and maintain records as per industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 3-4 years in accounting, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
• Education: Graduate in Commerce/Accounting (Post-graduation is a plus).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Tally (knowledge of other accounting software is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in MIS reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Personal Attributes:
  • Honest and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
