• Oversee the entire production process, from planning to execution, ensuring efficient operations.
• Ensure that the final products meet established quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor production activities, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw material availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during production activities.
• Train and manage the production team to enhance productivity and quality output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.
