Job Title: Executive - Creative Designer (Flower Chocolate Gift Hampers)
Location: Calicut, Kerala

Job Summary:
A premium gifting company is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Designer specializing in flower and chocolate gift hampers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and crafting luxurious hampers, floral arrangements, and chocolate gifting concepts, preferably with exposure to Gulf region trends. This role requires exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of premium gifting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gift Design and Creation:

• Design and assemble high-end floral arrangements, chocolate hampers, and gift boxes tailored for occasions such as festivals, weddings, and corporate events.
• Ensure all designs align with premium branding standards.

2. Market Trends and Innovation:

• Stay updated on global and regional gifting trends to introduce innovative designs and concepts.
• Experiment with new materials, packaging styles, and creative ideas to elevate the product range.

3. Customer Engagement:

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized gifting solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in floral arrangement and chocolate gifting design, preferably in the Gulf region or similar premium markets.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in premium gifting solutions.

Salary: ₹30,000 per month
