Admin Executive

Job Title: Admin Executive (Female Only)

Job Description:

1. Preparation of management reports as required.
2. Follow-up on payments with clients.
3. Manage guest interactions, including meeting clients and walk-in visitors.
4. Oversee payments to all utility and service providers.
5. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Ensure strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
7. Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
9. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
10. Draft and edit letters, reports, and other documents as needed.
11. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to correspond independently.

Salary: Rs. 25,000 to 30,000 per month (minimum)

Qualifications: Any graduate; preference for science graduates.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
