Position Title: eLearning Media Development Project Manager
Location: South Delhi
Experience Required: 3+ years in eLearning media production, instructional design, or multimedia project management

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented eLearning Media Development Project Manager to oversee the design, development, and delivery of engaging and effective eLearning solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multimedia-rich eLearning content creation, ensuring that videos, animations, graphics, and other assets align with instructional objectives and client requirements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

   • Plan, schedule, and manage eLearning media development projects from conception to completion.
   • Ensure all media assets are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

2. Team Collaboration:

   • Coordinate with instructional designers, graphic designers, animators, video editors, and voiceover artists.
   • Facilitate cross-functional communication to align media production with instructional goals.

3. Media Development Oversight:

   • Oversee the development of videos, animations, simulations, and other multimedia components.
   • Ensure adherence to branding, style guides, and technical standards (e.g., SCORM/xAPI compliance).

4. Client and Stakeholder Management:

   • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback on media development progress.
   • Conduct regular reviews to align media outputs with client expectations.

5. Risk Management:

   • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   • Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

6. Vendor and Resource Management:

   • Work with external vendors and freelancers for content development, translation, or other project needs.
   • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
   • Monitor resource allocation to optimize productivity and control costs.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and post-project reviews.

8. Quality Assurance:

   • Review media content for accuracy, engagement, and compliance with eLearning standards.
   • Conduct usability testing to ensure functionality across devices and platforms.

9. Process Improvement:

   • Identify opportunities to streamline media production workflows and adopt new technologies.
   • Stay updated on trends in eLearning media production, including AI tools, interactive video, and immersive technologies (VR/AR).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in eLearning media development or multimedia production project management.
• Knowledge of eLearning standards, including SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.
• Proficiency with multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Articulate Storyline, or other authoring tools.
• Familiarity with video production, animation tools, and motion graphics workflows.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Jira).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing localization and multilingual media assets is a plus.

• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) for multimedia content.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
