About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Goa market. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage relationships with key customers and distributors, and drive brand growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Planning: Develop and maintain sales and marketing business plans, design, and monitor individual and team sales objectives.
2. Market Share Growth: Conduct retail outlet audits, track market share movements, and focus on strategies for volume growth.
3. People and Organization: Develop and motivate the team, establish performance monitoring processes, and recognize team achievements.
4. Schemes and Promotions: Design and execute volume schemes, special offers, and consumer-focused activities to meet sales objectives.
5. Retail Outlet Management: Ensure RTM implementation, maintain organizational standards, and align the team for executing marketing plans.

Requirements:

1. Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing (Tier 1/ Tier 2)
2. Experience: More than 4 years of experience in sales and marketing
3. Knowledge & Skills: Experience in handling distributors and retailers, team management skills, business acumen, and strong communication abilities
