JD of Zonal Trade Marketing Executive (TME)1) Retail (Dealer Branding) Brandingï‚· TME will ensure the product is displayed properly and located strategically at the dealer ï‚· TME will also ensure acquisition of prominent space for product display at the retail ï‚· TME will execute retail-branding opportunities (Trade Related). As per companies branding policy. For example shop signage, lollypops, etc. If something is not available at the outlet as per the policy the compliance is responsibility of TME.ï‚· If the shop is new or being renovated TME will aggressively execute all the branding opportunities. For example Dealer board, inside signage such as shop flex (interior shots), sun boards, pull-in pull outs, one way vision stickers, etc.ï‚· TME will ensure all types of stand and cassettes are available and displayed properly at the dealer outlet. TME will also ensure proper branding on the stands and cassettes by time-to-time visits.ï‚· TME will be responsible for the product stickers to be pasted on every sample.ï‚· TME will aggressively pitch and execute for Galleria.2) Non-Trade Outdoor Signagesï‚· TME will identify and suggest branding opportunities (Non Trade) signage at shops other than the tile shops – having good visibility.ï‚· TME will suggest outdoor branding options such as islands, dividers, hoardings, festive gates, gate boards, etc.3) Showroom Meets: Architectï‚· TME will proactively take an initiative to invite 2-3 architects once a week to the ï‚· TME will liaise with RM/ASM to fix the day of the visit.ï‚· TME will provide marketing support, which includes organizing the visit, product display, branding, and arranging refreshments if required.ï‚· TME will liaise with RM/ASM for the database of architects.4) Showroom Meets: Dealer Boysï‚· TME will organize dealer boy’s visit to the showroom.ï‚· TME will make all the arrangements regarding the visit, which includes product display, branding, gift or memento, arranging for refreshments, if required.ï‚· TME will liaise with RM/ASM to fix the day of the visit.5) Sampling Activity Executionï‚· TME will be responsible for the sampling activity on the local level.ï‚· TME will ensure that samples reach every dealer and the sub dealer.6) Distribution of Merchandiseï‚· TME will ensure that all the merchandise reach every dealer and architects in time.ï‚· TME will ensure that POPs are in place at the retail outlets and are updated from time – time (New Product Images) ï‚· TME will keep the stock status of POPs/merchandise such as posters, Danglers, etc.ï�¶ Process: ï‚· TME shall take an approval from the respective RM for in-shop/out- shop branding and for site selection and its relevance. But the final approval will be given by Marketing Department.ï‚· TME shall forward the approval along with the details (shop name, address, contact person, phone number) to Marketing Department.ï‚· TME will liaise with the local agency/vendor for production. ï‚· Marketing Department will ask the agency to generate an estimate for the said activity.ï‚· Marketing Department will approve the estimate and instruct the agency to action the ï‚· On completion of the job Agency will raise a bill at Marketing Department. ï‚· TME will have to maintain a record of the bills (Photo copy of the bill and register entry) send to Ahmedabd Office.ï‚· TME will ensure relevant supporting along with the bills. For example photograph of signage, etc.ï‚· TME will be responsible for collecting Cd’s for new images and branding from Marketing Department and would be responsible for coordinating with a local agency to make and execute artworks and post production activities.ï�¶ Reportingï‚· Administratively TME will report to RM and functionally to Marketing Departmentï‚· For all the above jobs, TME will report to the marketing team. ï‚· He would also be responsible to update and seek guidance from local heads on local marketing initiative.ï‚· TME will report daily to respective RM.ï‚· TME will send monthly KRA and all it’s supporting to Marketing Department for performance appraisal on monthly basis.ï‚· TME will submit monthly Plan to Marketing Department and RMï‚· Marketing Department shall oversee the performance of TME
