Job Title: Executive Assistant to Marketing Director (Food Industry)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Marketing Director in day-to-day activities. The position is based at our head office in Rajkot, with occasional travel to our plant in Anand every other week. The ideal candidate could be a fresh graduate with a keen curiosity to learn and excellent communication skills, especially in English. Flexibility to work outside regular hours may be required to communicate with international customers from regions such as North America, Europe, Australia, and East Asia.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales activities with export customers.
• Manage relationships with the overseas sales agent network.
• Oversee the company’s digital presence to ensure a strong and unique online footprint:
  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn page to interact with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining and expanding the company website.
  • Collaborate with branding agencies to create promotional materials.
• Handle trade fair activities including registration, travel arrangements, and accompanying the director to trade fairs.
• Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Marketing, Communications, etc.).
• Stand-out factor 1: MBA.
• Stand-out factor 2: Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the food industry.
• Stand-out factor 3: Proficiency in English (TOEFL or IELTS test completed).
• Knowledge of international logistics and export processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with overseas clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
