8. · Bank Entries
9. · Stock JVs through Multiple Godown
10. · Stock Inward entries though Manufacturing Units
11. · Journal Entires (Expenses ETC)
12. · Debtors Reconciliation
13. · Creditors Reconciliation
14. · Banks Reconciliation
15. · Advance Excel Knowledge (VLOOKUP & Pivot Table)
16. · GST & TDS Reconciliation
17. · Payments & Receipts
18. · Email Communications
19. · Monthly Reports
20. · Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
21. · Audit financial transactions and documents
22. · Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
23. · Comply with financial policies and regulations
24. · Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits

Experience:

1. Work Experience: Typically, 3-5 years of accounting experience is expected, with a focus on general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance.

2. Supervisory Experience: Experience leading or mentoring junior staff can be important.    

1. Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is usually required.

2. Master's Degree (Optional): An MBA or Master’s in Accounting can be advantageous.
