Reports to: Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store’s overall success.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
• Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and enhance team performance.
• Assist in stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Report customer feedback, complaints, or concerns to the Store Manager.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
