Job Title: Repair Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled Repair Engineers specializing in Industrial Automation Repair, including VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) repair, HMI repair, PLC repair, and Servo Drive repair. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industrial automation equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Languages & Communication Skills: Not mandatory but preferred

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2+ years in Industrial Automation Repair (VFD, HMI, PLC, Servo Drives).
• Freshers are NOT considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Industrial Automation Repair & Maintenance:

   • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), HMIs, PLCs, Servo Drives, and other automation equipment.
   • Perform component-level repairs using testing equipment and schematics.

2. Testing & Calibration:

   • Ensure proper calibration, testing, and validation of repaired equipment before deployment.
   • Conduct quality checks to maintain reliability and efficiency.

3. Technical Support & Documentation:

   • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
   • Maintain detailed service records and document troubleshooting procedures.

4. Field Service (If Required):

   • Occasionally visit client locations for onsite repair, diagnosis, or installation support.

Job Requirements:

Education & Certifications:

• Graduation/Post-Graduation: Not mandatory.
• Special Courses: Not required but relevant certifications in Industrial Automation Repair are an advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies:

✅ Expertise in repairing VFDs, HMIs, PLCs, and Servo Drives
✅ Hands-on troubleshooting experience in industrial automation systems
✅ Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components
✅ Ability to read circuit diagrams and schematics
