Store Manager

Job Summary :

Sirius Jewels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing sales executives, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of luxury retail and fine jewelry sales.

Key Responsibilities :

* Sales & Business Growth : Drive sales performance to achieve store targets while ensuring a premium shopping experience for customers.

* Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives, fostering a high-performance team.

* Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.

* Store Operations : Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

* Marketing & Promotions : Implement in-store marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase footfall and sales.

* Reporting & Analysis : Monitor sales trends, customer preferences, and inventory levels, providing regular reports to management.

* Compliance & Security : Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and security measures.

Qualifications & Skills :

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

* Minimum 2-2.5 years of experience in retail diamond jewelry.

* Proven track record of sales leadership and team management.

* Strong understanding of customer service excellence and CRM strategies.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Knowledge of POS systems and retail software is an advantage.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
