Sr Associate - Stat Audit

We are a consulting firm and specializes in Audit, taxation and transaction advisory services. We required experience on Statutory audit, limited review, special purpose financial statement review audit experience as per IND AS and AS.

Role - Senior Associate - Statutory Audit

Location : Noida

 Monday to Saturday working

Job Description 

1) Manage full cycle of Statutory audit, limited review, special purpose financial statement audit

2) Draft Audit report, CARO and IFC

3) Draft special purpose report

4) Help with end to end audit cleared for company located in UK with our UK partners

5) Assist in ensuring the complinace under the Companies Act

6) Help in getting audit completed as per US GAAP/IFRS.

Qualifications

1) CA with experience of minimum 2 years in Audit with past experience in renouned CA/Consulting firms

2) Semi Qualified CA with minimum 5 years and above experience in CA firm with audit background

3) Good powerpoint presentation skill

4) Excellent communication skill
