Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of materials, space planning, and the ability to handle projects from conceptualization to execution. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing and developing interior designs based on client requirements.

• Preparing detailed AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and specifications.

• Selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and furniture.

• Creating 3D models, renders, and presentations using SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Vray, and Lumion.

• Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conducting site visits and ensuring project progress aligns with the design plan.

• Managing project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals on design execution.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• AutoCAD (2D Drafting & Layouts)

• Photoshop (Presentation & Image Editing)

• SketchUp (3D Modeling)

• 3Ds Max, Vray, Lumion (Rendering & Visualization)

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furniture selection.

• Excellent site handling and project management skills.

• Good communication and client interaction abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
