Sales Manager

Responsibilities; ·         Having Sales knowledge preferably from IT Sales and knows the market as well·         Need to check the targets and revenues they are achieving.·         Also if they have Staff Augmentation experience than also it is fine but that person should have experience in IT and Recruitment markets throughout.·         Should have a ready pool of customers whom we can onboard. We are looking for someone having proven track record in sales and growth in specific market.·         Candidates should have experience in Staff Augmentation and hunting and farming experience in IT.·         Candidates need to have a strong presence in enterprise accounts.·         Candidates should have strong experience in T&M engagement of different technologies.·         Candidates should have a strong track record of success.  ·         Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills.·         Candidates should be able to respond to RFP and be able to understand engagement documentation and process. ·         Candidates should be able to stay on field
