Client is one of the IT company based in Isarel .Job descriptionClient is looking for a new talented DotNet Team with hands-on experience in developing software, for its office in Surat, India.If you are a high level, talented and experienced DotNet Team and Technical Leader, you are the one we need to join our team.Client develop an ALM and quality management system.As Team Leader you will take full technical ownership of various projects (Internet, intranet, web business application,...) and be responsible to manage and technically support client team (for now one developer, and 2 QA. We are about to grow in the next few months).Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect Client web applicationDesign and architect integrationsDevelop and code business applications, multi-tiered web and client server applications using: C#, ASP.Net, XML, SQL, HTML5, JQuery, and JavascriptMaintain and enhance existing applicationsWrite and supervise the technical product documentationTechnical design, mentoring and implementation of best practices and processesDevelop the software architecture based on the business requirements and constraintsEnsure efficiency of your team by giving them technical advices along the delivery processOrganize knowledge sharing and continuous learningFor recruitment process, be responsible to assess technical capabilities of candidatesJob RequirementsAbility to fly to Israel for 2 weeks for workshop and qualificationExperience of small teams management Experience in managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design Experience in the development of software using c#, .Net and SQL Server technologies Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges SKILLSStrong knowledge on software implementation best practicesAbility to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environmentAbility to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and supportAbility to develop large scale web/database applicationsAbility to communicate clearly with business users and project managerAbility to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfacesAbility to construct user guides and documentationQUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE:A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or other related fields or experience.Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies Languages: C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XMLExperience developing websitesSome experience with front end UI design preferredMinimum 2-3 years in backend software design in SQL Server 2008+, Stored procedures, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#5 – 10 years of actual experience in the workplaceIf you are keen for this profile than apply here !!!
