JOB DESCRIPTIONDESIGNATION: SALES OFFICERRoles & Responsibilities:ï‚· Identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for adventure sports, Domestic &International tour packages, Hotel Bookings, Group Tours, Visa Services, Conference & Events incorporatesï‚· Demonstrating a strategic approach in penetrating new accounts and driving the sales processthrough the selling environment to close dealsï‚· Understanding adventure industry trends, product capabilities and customer requirements,ï‚· Establishing executive level, long term customer relationship for future cross-sell and up-sellopportunitiesï‚· Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals andsupports Company revenue and profitability targetsï‚· Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedbackand information on market and creative trends.ï‚· Identify opportunities for Trade shows (at State & National Level) that will lead to an increase insales.ï‚· Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's uniqueselling propositions and differentiatorsï‚· Organizing and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.ï‚· Regularly meeting corporates and channel partners for sales opportunitiesï‚· Achieving sales targetsSkills required:ï‚· 0-3 years corporate sales experienceï‚· Proven Track Record in over achieving performance targetsï‚· Demonstrated experience to ensure healthy sales pipeline and business growthï‚· Self-starter with Strong problem solving and analytical skillsï‚· Fluency in English is compulsoryPlease apply here for job !!
