Technical Lead/CTO – Job Descriptionï‚· Align the platform technically according to business needs and vision. ï‚· Leading engineering and product development with input from the business teamï‚· Bug fixing for existing platforms and lead the development of new productfeatures (version 2.0)ï‚· Take the lead in recruiting, leading and training a local development teamï‚· Optimize and manage the DB for the platform according to business growth andneedsï‚· Establish an organized system of updating, QAing and testing the code baseï‚· Ensuring the platform remains secure throughoutï‚· Setting up and maintaining our IT infrastructureï‚· Extract analytics and information required by the business ops teamï‚· Managing third party vendorsï‚· Staying updated on latest product Innovation through research and continuousimprovement Requirements ï‚· BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldï‚· 8+ years’ software engineering and IT experience (preferably with experience ine-commerce)ï‚· Proven track record in leadership positions of technical teamsï‚· Excellent communication, project management and organization skills
