Project Manager -IT

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of client projects and staff;
researching and implementing technological/digital strategic solutions.

Responsibilities:

ï‚· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
technical feasibility.
ï‚· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
ï‚· Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
ï‚· Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects.
ï‚· Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and
appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating,
and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
ï‚· Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe
and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
ï‚· Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting
strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
ï‚· Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user
projects.
ï‚· Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
ï‚· Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating
organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
ï‚· Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an budget; scheduling
expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
ï‚· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
ï‚· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
ï‚· Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
ï‚· Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
ï‚· Ensure resource availability and allocation.
ï‚· Develop a detailed project plan to track/monitor progress.
ï‚· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and
costs.
ï‚· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
ï‚· Provide end-to- end project management.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in team management or project management within the information technology sector.
• Hands-on experience with software development methodologies such as Scrum and Agile.

Technical Skills:

• Solid technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and technologies like HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in using project management software, such as MS Project, Smartsheets, and Jira.

Soft Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and time management.
