Project Manager -IT

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of client projects and staff;researching and implementing technological/digital strategic solutions. Responsibilities: ï‚· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuringtechnical feasibility.ï‚· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.ï‚· Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.ï‚· Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects.ï‚· Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, andappraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating,and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.ï‚· Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safeand secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.ï‚· Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supportingstrategic plans for implementing information technologies.ï‚· Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and userprojects.ï‚· Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.ï‚· Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluatingorganization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.ï‚· Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an budget; schedulingexpenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.ï‚· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.ï‚· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.ï‚· Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.ï‚· Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.ï‚· Ensure resource availability and allocation.ï‚· Develop a detailed project plan to track/monitor progress.ï‚· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule andcosts.ï‚· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.ï‚· Provide end-to- end project management.
