Chartered Accountant Job Description:Chartered Accountant will be responsible for Short term and long term financial planning,implementation, review, statutory compliance and legal matters of entire organisation. Technicallysound across various areas of finance including taxation & accounts & Act compliance. Statutorybranch audits & internal audits. Tax audits, filing of returns, department correspondence andassessment proceedings.Roles & Responsible. Preparation of quarterly, half yearly & annual accounts and finalization of accounts ofgroup companies. Handling statutory matters including Income Tax/GST/VAT, transfer pricing issues. Looking after accounts receivables/payable, TDS, Bank reconciliation etc. Preparation of balance sheet and audit report of the company. Continuous management of financial systems and budgets. Undertaking financial audits. Providing financial advice. Liaising with clients (individuals or businesses) and providing financial information andadvice. Reviewing the company's systems and analyzing risk. Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management informationfor accountancy. Counselling clients on areas of business improvement, or dealing with insolvency. Detecting and preventing fraud. Maintaining accounting ledgers and account reconciliations. Complete the statutory and other audits within the stipulated time. Preparing and analysing accounting records and financial statements reports & alsoresponsible for MIS report of finance & accounting. Experience:Minimum 3 years.Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant, ICWA, CMA.Skills & Competencies Business acumen and interest. Team work. Interpersonal skills. Proficiency in IT. Analytical ability.  A methodical approach and problem solving skills.
