The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and solid execution skills to create responsive web applications for mobile and the desktop.Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable web applications using open source technologiesDevelop responsive web application UIs using HTML5, CSS, and JavascriptWork with UX Designers, Mobile Architects other Developers to implement full stack web and mobile solutionsWork as part of an agile team on leading edge technologiesSkills and Experience:5+ years experience developing applications softwareKey skill required- React.jsDemonstrated expertise with HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive Web DesignHighly skilled Javascript developer using react.js, backbone, angular or similar frameworksDemonstrated knowledge of jQuery and/or jQueryMobileExperience using node.js to build scalable web services a plusExperience with Oracle, MySql, or PostgreSQL and use of Hibernate, ORMs and/or jdbcExperience with NoSql databases such as MongoDB or CouchDB a plusUnderstanding of document description languages such as JSON and XMLClear understanding of software development best practicesDemonstrated experience working with teams using agile methodologiesWorking knowledge of SCM with strong emphasis on Git and proper Git Flow
