Job Description

• check and report any equipment problems to Area Manager
• Wastage control
• food serving quality control
• segregation of waiters in restaurant
• preparing Branch report of Sales to be on Daily, Weekly, Monthly
• control stock levels and ordering
• Plan the employee roaster & transportation and discuss with the Multi Branch
Manager
• Make sure all staff have the necessary Gov documentation when operating and
report any issues
• Make sure all branch gov documentation is in place when operating and report
any issues

Mininum 5 yrs Experience.

Minimum Diploma/ Degree (Preferable Hospitality management)
