Job Title: Chef (Commis 1/Commis 2)

Detailed Work Profile:

1. Assist in running kitchen initially and be able to take over after probation period 2. Handle preparations prior to opening time
2. Handle basic dishes without supervision (even initially)
3. Work quickly and accurately even during busy periods
4. Work under the direction and supervision of Management

Contract Duration- 1 year contract including 6 months probation. Renewable thereafter

Location of Posting: Fatima Nagar, Wanowrie, Pune Maharashtra

Experience required: 2 years

Cuisines to be prepared- Continental, English, Anglo-Indian, Calcutta

Fresher Considered (Yes/No): No

Additional Info: Candidates with a background in Continental Cuisine will be preferred. Candidates will receive on-the-job training. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, be willing to learn and handle the pressures of a fast-paced kitchen

Experience required: 2 years
