Performed clinic administration duties as required completing patient records and storage

• Collected and record all necessary documentation required in CPRS

• Ensured all necessary consents are completed for patients undergoing treatment at IVF Clinic

• Planned individual treatment dates for each patients as per treatment protocols. Fully explain drug regime and side effects and give written instructions

• Gave each patient teaching session on treatment injections and write instructions on selfadministration as required for their planned treatment

• Acted as scrub/circulating nurse in operating theatre for egg collections

• Assisted with drainage of ovarian cysts/ascitic fluid • Assisted with embryo transfer

• Post procedure nurse counselling/support for all patients

• Informed patients test/blood results, fertilization and pregnancy result via telephone

• Ability to sit for long periods of time in a lab setting.

• Ability to work under a laminar flow hood.

• Rotational weekend and holiday work.

• Ability to perform tasks efficiently in outlined time frames

• Prior hands on experience in bovine oocyte / embryo grading preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organization.

• Works effectively in a team as well as alone (ability to work independently)

• Takes initiative and is a self-starter

• Ability to communicate with team members honestly, effectively and with empathy
