Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma.

• A valid certificate in carpentry from an accredited institution is required.

• Proven three years of working experience as carpenter.

• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.

• Ability of using traditional hand tools and computerized numerical controlled (CNC)

machinery.

• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials.

• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.

• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.

• Good knowledge of English.

• Good understanding of basic math.

• Good physical condition and endurance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully understanding requirements.

2. Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.

3. Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements.

4. Build cabinets, tables or other items by using raw materials or pre-constructed items.

5. Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated.

6. Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance.

7. Build scaffolding and other construction structures if need it.
