HR Manager

1. Involved in Statutory Compliance fullfillment and documentation submission at HO & Various Sites

2. Filling and ensuring maintence of HR documents in proper order both digitally and physically

3. Travel to sites on a monthly basis to solve HR documentation issues and also to maintain raport with the Client HR team

4. Overseeing payroll

5. Recruitment of upto mid management positions

Drafting skills, and Verbal communication skills in English and Hindi required

KEY COMPETENSIES:

• Prior knowledge of statuatory fillings and know how of department is required. , (MUST) , should have delt with Clients and cleared HR documentations with GOVT client or Consultant must
