We are hiring Admission Counseller for the leading IGCSE Curriculum Admissions Counseling: Responsible for liaising with prospective parents on admissions counseling, organizing admissions counseling sessions on and off school campus. Meeting parents, conducting screening tests, discussing the entire curriculum from K-12, subject combinations, exam structure, FAQ’s, fee structure for each grade and showcasing the school facilities/infrastructure through a campus walk through to explain the salient features, USP’s and providing a competitive explanation of the unique aspects of international schooling experience. Organizing parental meeting with Academic Head, Admissions or Business Development Head or Principal as required for admissions purpose. Ensuring admissions enrollments throughout the year. Admissions/Marketing Phone Calls and Follow Up: Personally making phone calls to prospective parents and existing parents. Follow up on database generated by online leads, admissions expo’s and website inquiries. Talking to parents on the highlights of international education, inviting for campus visits and events/fests/fairs and school functions. Working flexible hours for any admissions or marketing follow up. Admissions Process, Registration and Fee collection: Following up on the admissions process, ensuring registration of the parent, ensuring admissions form is duly filled up with all supporting documentation attached, ensuring that the form is filed in the admissions dossier and ensuring proper collection of fees through installments. Maintaining a database of fees collected in consultation with accounts. Admissions Exhibitions, Expo’s and Functions: Attending local or national exhibitions for Admissions throughout the year on weekends or weekdays as required. Generating database of enquiries, meeting parents and admissions counseling. Travelling to the local or outstations venue independently or in a pair/team or in a group. Attending different functions on behalf of the school on school campus or off campus as required on weekdays or weekends or vacations. Putting up Admissions Stalls: Putting up admissions stalls on campus during pre-school visits, parental visits during school festivals, carnivals and sports meets on campus. Visiting pre-schools and putting up stalls at pre-schools or local malls, shopping centre’s, corporations and other venue’s to promote the school. Distributing flyers, leaflets/pamphlets and engaging parents in discussions. Organizing admissions visits to school and ensuring admission enrollments. Event Planning and Coordination: Planning and coordinating a variety of events in school and out of campus for promotions. Events include talent search and talent hunt for children, sports day, annual day, seminar, festivals, fairs, fests and competitions. Anchoring events and organizing sponsorships. Tie-Ups and Collaborations: Communication and personal outdoor visits for pre-school tie-ups, feeder school tie-ups, organizing collaboration with Corporations, MNC’s and HR heads of corporate clients. Orchestrate tie-ups and coordination with gated communities, apartment complexes, local schools and local bodies at Bangalore for organizing promotional events/activities. Organize different events for other institutes on school campus. Publication and Media: Assist with creative’s and implementation of print materials, digital publications, ads, flyers, brochures, hoarding and articles for press release, magazines, newspapers, etc. Assist with connecting to TV channels, Newspapers, Website, and other Media agencies for branding activities for the school. Online Marketing: Organize FB ads, posts, photo posts, FB campaigns, LinkedIn networks and Google ads for online and digital platform promotions in consultation with digital vendor. Assist with audio-video uploads creative’s, design and support with materials for school FB page and school website. Negotiate client requests and concerns as required. Data Collection & Management: to provide a variety of reports showing marketing effort analysis and feedback to augment marketing input for walk ins. make phone calls to reach out to schools and school parents or other individuals for admissions related work. Achieving Targets: Should be able to set clear monthly targets for the marketing events as well as for individual members if appointed in charge of a marketing team. Public Relations with BEO: Building up rapport with various external education agencies, vendors and dignitaries for increasing PR networks for the school, including local bodies and educational authorities like BEO and RTE authorities in Bangalore. Ensure all documentation for the school is submitted periodically online or in person as required by law/local regulations for educational institutions. Attending local meetings for discussion BEO and RTE regulations.
