5. Communication Skills:

   • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families.
   • Ability to explain complex medical terms in simple language.

6. Compassion and Empathy:

   • A strong sense of compassion and the ability to provide emotional support to patients.

7. Teamwork:

   • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

8. Continuing Education:

   • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with medical advancements.

9. Languages:

   • Proficiency in English is preferred; knowledge of local languages can be an advantage.

10. IT Skills:

    • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
