POSITION : REGIONAL MANAGER - SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, BRUNEI, BANGLADESH & INDONESIA Location :Malaysia JOB PROFILE SPECIFIC DELIVERABLESâ—� Responsible to drive the business in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Bangladesh & Indonesiain order to cover maximum market share in Complete bathroom and lighting solution.â—� Responsible for running and handling overall P & L (Profit and Loss) account forrespective countries.â—� Responsible for providing sustainable growth to the business by working with existingteam members & partners.â—� Responsible for supporting/managing/guiding existing channel partners, Dealers,distributors, wholesalers & Jaquar world partners.â—� Responsible for brand building, new channel development through close coordination withMarketing & Visual Merchandising departments.â—� Responsible for achieving project specification target.â—� Responsible for team monthly performance w.r.t. business meetings by visiting keycustomer to generate new leads or enhance existing opportunities.â—� Responsible for self revenue sales target by opening new markets, developing newproduct vertical & expanding into new channel Verticals.â—� Responsible for negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client andorganization. â—� Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base acrossassigned territories.â—� Prepare a comprehensive long-term & short term business strategy to lead the market.â—� Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.â—� A positive and determined approach to research and analyzing market & competitors activities toexplore new business opportunities.â—� Create & maintain MSL (minimum stock levels) for assigned territories by understanding productmovement in given channels.â—� Build a comprehensive market development process by setting-up market driven pricing, distributionstructure, logistics set-up & customer care set-up.â—� Initiating and managing marketing activities: brand promotion, launch event, exhibition, customerdisplays etc..â—� Actively enhance business activities in all three segments namely Project, Retail & redistribution bydriving country partners & team.â—� Planning, budgeting and managing the investments as per the agreed growth plans.â—� Meeting top line expectations within agreed time frame and resources and keep a close tab onbottom line.â—� Take accountability for top customers in the assigned countries & Build strong relationships with keyaccounts. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSREPORTING TO : Regional Business Head - Asia PacificEXPERIENCE : 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development.QUALIFICATION : Post Graduate qualification in Business AdministrationRELATED INDUSTRIES:Bathroom products, Lighting Products, Building materials, Paint materials, Automobile, FMCG. (Bathroom industry will be an advantage)
