Job Title: Assistant ManagerGrade: M1Pay Band: M14Division: Regional LaboratoriesPosition Reports To: Head of Division (HOD)Objectives of the Position:To plan, execute, and monitor all functions of the company, Gurugram Laboratory to carry out testing and evaluation of Transformer Oil, Energy Meter, and Electro-technical Calibration.Qualifications Required:BE – ElectricalExperience Range:12 Years and aboveExperience Description:BE - Electrical full-time from a reputed institute with a minimum of 12 years of experience in manufacturing electrical products like Transformers / Instrument Transformers or working experience at a National Laboratory accredited by ISO:17025-2017 or R&D Centre in the field of electrical engineering of repute will be preferred. Experience in a testing laboratory, preferably in Transformer Oil testing or other electrical products like CT/PT.Location of Posting: Gurugram, HaryanaJob Description / Responsibilities / List of Activities:Coordination with ERDA-HO for all activities of the section and coordination with all support function sections like Purchase, Administration, HR, BD, Civil, IT, and CRM for activities related to ERDA-North.Planning, managing, and supervising testing, calibration, and other day-to-day activities.Planning and preparation of annual revenue and capital budget in consultation with HOS.Identifying new test requirements and planning and developing new test facilities based on requirements.Project planning and resource planning based on requirements.Planning and managing all requirements of ISO/IEC: 17025-2017.

Key Result Areas:Achieving annual revenue and capital budget decided by Management.Improvement in Cycle Time and Customer Satisfaction Index.Development of new test facilities and new projects.Improvement in productivity.Skills Required to Perform the Job Effectively:Technical:Knowledge of testing requirements as per relevant standards for electrical products and their raw materials like Transformers, CT/PT, Insulating Oil, CRGO, Energy meters, etc.Knowledge of ISO/IEC: 17025 -2017 requirements.Skill for interpretation of National and International standards.Behavioural:Good managerial capabilities and leadership skills.Team building and communication skills.IT Skills:Ability to prepare reports/project proposals in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc. in the latest versions).Knowledge of ERP operating systems and basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
